5/23/11 ordered when it did not arrive after an hour and a half, I called them, they said that it was leaving the building some time ago, after another 30 clicks I called them back and was treated rudely, then a manager was placed on the phone, equally rude, they had a good laugh on me when we hanged up, they must be friends or it wasn't even a manager I was transferred.
