Heard a lot about this place so was excited to finally go there. From the outside it looks nothing much, but once inside it’s lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful but very disorganised. We had a 40 minute wait for the food (only a breakfast and sandwiches) without warning or an apology. The food quality was very good, chips to die for!, but the brunch breakfast was very small. The actual building is beautiful! Service was slow at times, no draught beer waitress advised non of the pumps were working and advised they had just 1 bottle of cider, waitress didn’t know what the quiche or the soup of the day was, quiche was mediocre, ordered a toasty but when brought to the table it wasn’t the right order, coffee order was mixed up and the order that came was incorrect, seemed to be lots of staff...
