this pub has reopened this week. I have to say what outstanding service standards. everyone was so friendly and friendly. a great prise pedigree, so I had to have two. they are so dog friendly, they give at the arrival tasty bites. the music was played on the right band in the background so that one could speak to each other. only a really good feeling about the place. great. thank you. Received a parking fine for failing to see the (badly) flagged registration hub. Despite providing credit card proof I had visited the pub, I was given short shrift from the car parking company. More disappointing was the response of the pub management when I asked if they might consider cancelling the fine, especially considering the fact that I am a fairly regular customer: they responded with ‘it’s out of our cont... Great atmosphere, friendly welcoming staff and delicious food
Can’t fault the place. Me and my family had Sunday lunch here. Really good meal and reasonable price. The beers are good. The staff are friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Will make this our regular from now on.
Very nice village pub great staff, always a good pint of whatever I drink friendly atmosphere and very good pub quizzes.
Good space inside and out, plenty of seating and parking. Visited on a beer festival so it was packed, tho service outside (festival beers) was very friendly and efficient. Longer queues inside. Well have to revisit on a normal day.
One of the best pubs in the village. Always friendly and welcoming and a good bunch of locals/drinkers whenever you go in. Glad to see it reopened after new owners and definitely part of the village community.
