The Nottingham Road branch is a hit and miss affair; when it's great you want to recommend, at other times it leaves an awful lot to be desired. I guess it depends when you call in... The food is either piping hot, well-cooked and edible or stone cold and not worth the £5.99. The staff are usually pleasant, one or two times they have been less than satisfactory.
