Came in for my first time at this location and I was greeted by a cashier who seemed remarkably unhappy to be helping me. I ordered a blue ribbon sandwich. I asked for a couple of substitutions, one of which was to remove ham and replaced it with turkey. When I received my sandwich there was ham on it.
