"It was an awful experience there was absolutely no ambience about the decor and the food was atrocious. The meat was old, unseasoned and chewy. The bread was cold. I actually covered the dish with a piece of bread because I didn't want to look at it while I waited for my Uber because it was so unappealing if not, gross. How did this restaurant get so many good reviews???"

"I asked for fried rice and I got white rice. The staff tried telling the white rice was the fried rice with the brown sauce over it.The food is horrible I will never eat here again."

"I ordered the kale Caesar salad with apple, chicken, and reg dressing. I wasnt expecting such a large portion!! But I got dressing on the side just in case that would happen so I can split it up. It was SO delicious. I am a salad fanatic, I eat salads pretty much every single day, sometimes twice a day. Happy to say, this is my new fav place near my new apartment! (And the oatmeal cookies are to die for)"

"Got poke with a friend, and the service was fantastic, the food was so fresh and tasty (they even sliced the fish freshly in front of us! , and the price is excellent! I think definitely a great spot, with great portions! Highly recommend it!"

"Went to this location for the first time this evening with my husband. Worst experience I?ve EVER had. Ordered two chicken and steak bowls. Everything looked so appetizing and the staff was quite friendly in the beginning. As I start to eat I realized the chicken was RAW!!! I immediately spit it out and brought it to the attention of the staff, one girl just apologized and carried on about her business so along came the ?manager? Camila. She didn?t even apologize she didn?tcheck the bowls she did absolutely nothing! Not even offered a refund. I was furious, so I walked out. Came back after I called them and asked to speak to the manager. I was told by an employee she was too busy to come to the phone. Andmind you I called while I?m sitting in my car in front of the restaurant with not a soul in the restaurant!! Unbelievable. So she finally got on the phone and said to come back if I want another bowl. I walked in and told her I would prefera refund. She told me she didn?t know how to do that. How are you a manager and you know nothing about your position? No customer service what so ever. She told me she could ONLY refund ONE bowl because she didn?t see two. After I handedher my original receipt. I mentioned to her that the coke was out as well and the soda was sitting on the table. She refused to refund that as well and told me to pick another soda. I?m not sure if she was just ?acting? like a manager orshe just doesn?t know what the role of being a manager in a restaurant is. So rude and just horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this location ever again. And I really hope to all who reads the reviews on this place thinkstwice before stepping in that place. Absolutely DISGUSTED!!! Do better Qdoba! Hire better employees who will make your company stand out and be great!"
