Given the scarcity of late night food options in Des Moines, Star Bar is one of the few places you can still get a solid meal, even if you don't eat for a healthy hour. We tried everything in the menu and everything on the menu is exactly as described. One of our favorite dishes on the menu is still the Star Burger. Went there for Easter brunch, and it was pretty good, the eggs were very running with a lot of water in them, everything else was quite tasty
