So much potential. Admittedly, there is construction throughout the are and I stopped in at 3:00. But. When you are an award winning BBQ joint you need to level up for all customers. The pork was over cooked and dry, the brisket was over cooked and dry, and the ribs were over cooked. The beans and cornbread were above average and the cheesy potatoes were the star of the show.
