I give the Potbelly Sandwich Shop in downtown Des Plaines 5 stars. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I appreciate that I was able to get a hot warm sandwich to go, in a short amount of time. I ordered the 'Wreck ' which certainly is just like it says on the menu, a meat lover 's Paradise.
