Steak 'n Shake - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
The food was good, but the restaurant was freezing. We had to eat outside because it was so cold inside, so if you're planning to dine there, bring a jacket. Also, I almost forgot to mention that you have to order from a machine, which took a lot longer than ordering from a person, especially when you're with a family of five. View all feedback. I've been visiting this restaurant for many years, even before the pandemic. They've made some changes, most notably switching to kiosk ordering instead of table service. They've also updated their menu a bit. However, they still offered my usual dishes, which were just as delicious as ever! The staff was friendly, efficient, and the place was clean.
