2.5 stars Both my husband and I were somewhat disappointed by the pizza at Red Brick. They pay a fairly hefty extra charge $3, which more than most restaurants fees for their 'fancy meat' for vegan cheese, and then of course also for toppings. We've loaded with four vegetables each, and our two pizzas looked pretty empty when we picked them up. They taste good, the crust is beautiful and thin and quite authentic, but the basil my husband had ordered on his was barely visible, with 4 small leaves over his entire large pizza, and I cut 3 small, chopped pieces of mushroom per slice.
