I am customer since 8 years there. I got a vegan Bagel and found cheese under it because they toasted it with cheese. I gave it back explaining them why and they did not even bother to say at least sorry, bring me a new one or give me my money back. I had to wait 20 more minutes in the queue to reclaim my money.
