The service was terrible! Our waiter couldn't speak English. Drinks were ordered and never received. I ordered a file mignon medium it was overcooked, I sent it back and they brought a New York stripe that was RARE. The chic pants manager never came out to apologize even after I had asked to speak to him. I asked our waiter to take my steak out of the bill.
