"Let's start with the view, which is amazing. It is not a top high floor restaurant, but you get a good view of the Cultural Centre, Decebal's statue, the Cathedral and of course the famous city citadel! Best to come in the evening, when everything is lit! Next, the drinks and the food were astonishing! The cocktails and the lemonades are made by the book and the dishes are very well prepared and presented! We had Buffalo Wings and Turnedos Rossini (Beef with Foie Gras). Last, but not least, the staff is highly kind and caring! See you next time we visit your town!"

"The place looks really good and they have some aptly named plates, but the food is no big deal. The staff is quite friendly if you can catch them, we had to look for someone when we wanted to pay."
