who ever creates this place should be fired. today, 10th juli, 21 sponsored jpaa a bike tour where there were 250 cyclists who start and end at this place. after the completion we went in to eat a bite and a few beers. after a service for 15 minutes we went into the bar and the coworker said the kitchen was closed between 3 and 4 o'clock. wow, only brilliant! perplexed and since it was 3:15, we left and went to the i... "Worst Blizzard I have ever had. Told girl it looked and tasted like vanilla ice cream. Was told I could pay for extra. Got my money back and went to Hamburg DQ. Hamburg DQ does not skimp on ingredients at all. Totally worth the drive."

"No fries again for carry-out order! I ordered a cowboy burger combo with onion rings, paid about 20 bulks with tips. When I got back to office and opened the box, I found there were only a burger and onion rings inside. I did told the front desk I want fries and onion rings both. Also as I ordered burger combo it should come with fries and pickles as advertised. I did pay for both. But obviously there is no fries. This happened once about one year ago when I ordered for my wife. The food there is always good but I don't like this missing fries keep happening. The photo shows what I got when I opened the box. Update on 2/23/2022 The general manager Jordan reached out to me and helped address the problem. I appreciate HopCat is listening to customers' problem and willing to improve. Adding another 3 stars for their positive attitude and solution."
