We ordered a sundae thru DoorDash, and they sent us an ice cream. We called the location to express our concern, and the worker said there was nothing she can do. We asked to speak with a manager, and she said there was no manager and started laughing. We told her that our concern was no laughing matter, considering they are the ones who messed up the order, and she then hung up on us. View all feedback.

read moreToo expensive. Went on a Tuesday and they used to be I believe $1.89 on Tuesdays. Did not know they changed and it was $37 for 7 scoops. Ridiculous.
