I 'd heard they have some of the best country fried steak. So off to Diamond Springs we went. We got seated quite quickly in a booth. The four of us were quite cozy . The country fried steak was VERY good. Also came with 2 eggs, potatoes and biscuit. That was one of the best biscuits I 've had in a very long time. Definitely a place to go enjoy a meal! This place is always busy, so it takes a while for your food and that's okay. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich and fries. The sandwich was presented open so you can see everything in it, like so many restaurants do. The trouble was that it was easy to see that the chicken was over cooked and there was only a tiny trace of teriyaki sauce anywhere.
