"Not only was the pizza great, the staff was awesome. Called ahead of a wedding party to ask about crust choices due to a food allergy. Was told to check in with Brittany in the kitchen when I arrived and she'd hook me up. She sure did. The best pizza ever.Thank you Brittany for taking care of me. The next time I'm back in town, I will be eating at The Ugly Pirate."

"This place was recommended by the lady at the Mississippi welcome center, it was an excellent choice. The homemade cocktail sauce that was served with the shrimp was phenomenal, the grilled broccoli was also very good. The prices are reasonable and portions are large, you won't leave hungry. Very clean too. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch"

"Every time I’ve tried to go to Dat Kitchen they’re closed, so I just drive over here instead. So I guess you can say I’ve been here 5 times. These folks make some of the best catfish and gumbo I’ve ever had. Their po boys are great, and their hush puppies are ! Great service, friendly atmosphere, but no karaoke ever at all, despite it being advertised every night. That’s my only complaint. Best bar food!!"
