I went in last week to purchase an iced coffee. The girl behind the counter was rushing through the whole transaction (they weren't busy), and didn't ask me for my phone number for the rewards. So, she goes to swipe my card as I'm requesting that she put in my number so I get my points, and had the audacity to tell me that next time I need to say something before they swipe my card.
