I can see how they've earned their overall rating. First I walked into the lobby, waited for a while and neither of the two girls working the front even acknowledged me (more interested in DoorDash), so I walked out and went thru the drive thru...the gal there was professional and courteous (which pushed them to a two star)...however they didn't have the full ingredients to make the Blizzard they advertise.
