Well, this is the only food truck that I'd chase down the street!! Cousin's visited my little town of Carthage, TN my hubby I made the most of it! Yep...Lunch Dinner!! Throughout the day we consumed 3 bowls of lobster bisque, three lobster rolls, lobster tail tots a lobster grilled cheese. Yep...All outstanding!!! It's a good thing this is a truck.........lol. Not impressed. Food truck was in our area. Ordered 2 lobster rolls one for my husband and I. Order total was 50.00 and change very expensive and extremely small sandwich. The sandwich only had lobster on it and the roll looked like a peice of bread toasted and folded over. Not happy will not be returning. Sandwich was the size of a appetizer. Does not live up to the hype. Have tried it twice, wont get a third. Lobster is chewy and over cooked, likely reheated. Not authentic and certainly not fresh. B...
