Contribute FeedbackHave eaten here a number of times and the patron Aline, is always warm and friendly. Service is exceptional, food always freshly cooked and delicious.
After watching cauchemar dans la cuisine and kitchen nightmares, I never thought that these places actually existed. so far. we ate here as a group reserved. we arrived on time and it was an hour and half before our food arrived. Here's SO...SLOW! it was obvious that no one was really responsible and when I was complaining and asking the chef, it turned out that the boss wasn't there that night. this was the evening where france played (and won her game in the wm, so it was always a busy night. probably the busiest in this season, but the chef probably prefer to stay at home and watch the football rather than run the business. Yeah, it was busy. very busy. but why did they have to take more guests than get ready with them? the server became angry and it was obvious that the kitchen had no idea what happened. others came after us and were served before us, and still we waited. no excuse. no idea when we'd eat. at our dinner. to cut a long story short, it was not a success. wrong plates, mixed orders. the kitchen had no warning and the server were not interested. then it got worse. a cheese sauce had fish in it! why? my brot had melted on him plastic! why? I asked the server and I was told that this was not plastic, but fish skin! That was okay, really? what happens to the hygiene in the kitchen that fish contaminates and lies around the cheese sauce to hold on to the brot? I really didn't want to see in the kitchen, but I'm sure it wasn't clean. or organized. To be fair, my steak was in order, but this sweat was long enough away and we lost our appetite. we tried to complain and finally got a blow. our friends eat here often. times this year as they have a boat on the lake. they tell me it's always slow. Why do people eat here? After this experience, they told me that it will be the last time they eat here. I'll never go again. I hope they will read these words and decide that they will also avoid this badly guided restaurant. to maybe. just philippe etchebest or gordon ramsey come here to work their magic.
