"Don’t believe the rating. They ignored us at the hostess stand for a while and then a waitress sat us next to it. At about 30% capacity, two waitresses were handling all the customers. The menu didn't have Cuban food or oysters so we picked from the difficult menu. We were served after about 20 minutes, brought the wrong drinks, and horrible food. The food looked good on the outside but the chicken was ice cold on the inside, the beef tips were raw on the inside, the salad was wilted, and the fried egg was raw. The egg ran all over the rice and the fries.Besides the food being bad, the ceiling was falling in over a table of 8 people and there were bare wires hanging from the ceiling. I can't imagine what the kitchen looked like. We told the waitress about the problems and left."

"First, the people who run the restaurant are lovely. They are a sincere couple. Ultimately there are three issues with this restaurant 1) the service is so sadly slow. Wait times can exceed more than one should ever wait 2) the food although quality is overpriced. and lastly 3) Its just plainly overhyped. I know that this may not come off as a positive review, because the people are very genuine who run this restaurant. But its very overhyped. If you're visiting town I would save yourself the trouble. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100"

"Kid friendliness: We made it clear on the reservation we had 2 kids both 4 years old. They served the kids water in glass stemware? Glass cups no problem but glass stemware for 4 year olds?? If restaurants don’t cater to kids that is all good just be direct and tell the customers when they call to make a reservation. We ordered rigatoni for the kids and asked for it to be split in half $57 rigatoni?? Server was very nice and helpful. Service: Dine in"
