"In the middle of the day. this hotel is 1st class. great love for detail, beautiful location, friendly efficient staff. chris the general manager goes out of his way to ensure that the guests are well looked after. he even arranged a meal for us that was not on the menu. excellent, this hotel should not be 10 stars 5!"

"Simply put: a beautiful and wonderful encounter. I wandered around Inveness and found this place inadvertently, hidden in the back of the unfaithed alley. I was just hoping to get a humble whisky to spend the evening, but I couldn't be amiss anymore. I have a lot more. Her malt collection was great, and the bartender was charming. In addition, the room offers a perfect atmosphere so you can appreciate your Dram from Scotch Whisky even more. I came for a drink, but I went with warm memories. Make sure to stop while you are in Inverness!"

"Came here this evening our last night in Inverness,worst mistake I have ever made . Shown to our table given menus,drinks and food ordered . The bar man had to serve our drinks. The food sat on the pass for 8 minutes whilst the waiter spoke to people at the door ignoring the bar man when told there was food to serve,food still on the pass after the kitchen had rang the bell for the 10th time the chef ended up serving us our food . The company needs to look into staff training,you want some help just ask ,37 years in the hospitality industry if my staff were like that young man he'd be gone !!!!"

"After reading the reviews I was really looking forward to visiting. Sadly, I found the salted caramel deeply disappointing, I’d say it tasted more of a cheap fudge, a complete waste of calories! The cappuccino flavour was better, it had quite a nice flavour. On the plus, the staff were very nice and welcoming."

"Absolute gem of a restaurant in Inverness. I’ve been here twice. The food is so flavourful, well plated and delicious. Definitely make a reservation. They are booked solid and I can understand why. I had the starter of king prawns. Delicious. Then I had the goat cheese tart (gluten free option) followed by the Lemon White Chocolate Panne Cotta. It was sublime. If I am ever in Inverness again I will definitely plan to eat there again."

"We went to the north kessock hotel for dinner and had an excellent evening. the hotel had put a lot of time and effort (and money) in it and interior looks fantastic. we sat outside in the large terrace with high quality tables and chairs and enjoyed the sunshine. great atmosphere with other dinners at the search for dolphins, as hotel view of moray firth. eating was absolutely top-class. I had haggis croquets followed by steak, then sticky toffee pudding. all fantastic! above the standard of a pubs and in any case with very good restaurants that I have "followed. place was busy and we will definitely go back and recommend it to friends. very child-friendly with garden area over terrace and wall between terrace and road, so children are less likely to run out."
