eating was good bourgeois. but the equipment of the rooms were old, not the latest. about 25 years ago it was probably a very fine house, but for today's conditions no longer suitable:-( View all feedback.

the dinkelsbuehler hof is located directly on the segringer tor, one of the many accesses to the old city.

"I was expecting much more with all the rave reviews. The service is great, we made a reservation luckily! The schnitzel was ok, not one of the best I had, and the shpatzle was quite bland. The pork loin and rump steak in mushroom sauce...was ok, meat wasn't very tender, sauce was good. Their home brew was tasty. I definitely wouldn't have chosen this had I known..."

"Right in the centre of the great Dinkelsbuhl, very good restaurant. I got lucky to arrive just at the start of the Spargel (white asparagus) season, and of the local carp too. Great asparagus creme soup and then of course the carp filet! Pleasant and...attentive service."
