The food was terrible I'm sorry but I can't understand how this restaurant can have 4.3 stars everything tasted tomato paste, the rice was hard and old. The service personnel knew nothing about the dishes on the map. My whole life I am vegetarian and vegan for 5 years and I am always looking forward to a huge restaurant that is thinking about it. Unfortunately, this restaurant throws vegetarian food into a completely false light. For a birthday, a table for 8 people has been reserved on Saturdays. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite empty, but we had to wait half an hour until we could even give up our drinks order. Another half an hour passed until our food order, to our demand, was accepted. Questions about the courts could not be answered and that 2 vegans were not received at all. Then there was a half complete starter round where I could fish vegetables from the plate around a quark sauce, which instead arrived for 6 people, as ordered, for 4 people as indicated on the map. The main foods came after 2 hours. There were considerable deficiencies at 6 out of 8 foods. Vegetable skewers with zucchini and aubergine were raw, on the plate swung late zle in water, roast potatoes that fell apart, some calibers were salted and others un seasoned. The cook came out of the kitchen, after my request for a solution for the problems described above, that he was alone, the oven went out constantly and we were the only ones who complained and all the other guests are satisfied (which was not true, as we had previously listened to the neighboring table as plates went back). Finally, we also left the full plate back and the evening was over. Everyone of the joy of cooking would have gotten the dishes better. I have worked in the gastronomy for many years, if you have no staff to host your guests, then you have to refuse reservations, reduce the card and at least inform the guests about any longer waiting times. I really don't like complaining because it's more unpleasant to me, but that was really a surprise and not worth a cent.
I've never experienced such a bad thing. We wanted to eat with 8 people. After 1 1/2 hour waiting time, very incapable staff and multiple requests, a false appetizer came. An appetizer plate for 4 persons, which was ordered for 6 and two spring rolls in which the stated sauce is missing. In addition, no yogurt or quark sauce should be tipped over the entire appetizer plate when vegan guests are there. As in the pictures, we had to return the main foods, as none of the food was edible. The rice too solid, the sauce too salty, the late lice boiled and floating in the water. After the boss was called to the table, insight did not stand first. Instead, we were allowed to listen to excuses, the guilt was pushed to others and us. We have learned that other guests have also returned their food. Sustainability is not at first. I don't expect perfection on a Saturday night, but something just doesn't work. I don't understand how this restaurant can keep. Clearly no recommendation for anyone who hopes for a vegetarian alternative.
After a very long time again. The food is qualitatively good and the service very accommodating. The ambience remains cozy and cosy. Especially nice was the greeting from the kitchen to dessert minimuffins with fresh lemon prepared a pale man's mouse!
It tasted very good to us. I didn't taste tomato, some people criticized it. And yes, the girls in the service didn't know exactly about the individual dishes, but honestly, that's what you want to expect. Both were very friendly. Our questions were passed on to the cook and answered very friendly. Totally delicious with the hosting and super rich. We like to come back.
