What Manas Pratim Saikia doesn't like about Pharla:
Personally a fan of artsy craftsy places.The cafe is beautifully designed and one can get snaps under those Ig friendly yellow lights and photobooths.Staffs are well behaved but service requires betterment.However the food wasn't good .We ordered veg fried rice (which wasn't good),chilli chicken (dilute,tasteless and very less in quantity), pork chilli dry(okay) and chicken roll(okayish).I do feel the cooks need upgr...
