Anyone who wants to experience Salento, try true Salento cuisine, must visit places like this. In a non-touristy village like Diso, where the local old men are almost amazed to see some tourists, I recommend choosing one of the few outdoor places, ordering some local wine, some Salento dishes and experiencing what the real Salento remains for me. The food was very good, the prices more than reasonable. View all feedback.
