"French food and beautifully served. Regratably we were told that they cannot sustain the busineess and that from October the restaurant will only be open a few days a week. The Americans started it, the English followed now the French have fallen into the same trap. Take-aways, burgers, pizzas anything but proper food there is not way to reverse the trend, French food is on the slide."

"The price is a bit high, but the dishes and prices are for the children. the main dishes were good without being excellent, but the desert was really interesting (passion fruit soup with fresh strawberries and basilikum sorbet). the terrace is cozy, but with... artificial grass and no view at all. service was fast and attentive. overall not so bad, but I understand some reviews of disappointed guests. you could expect better for these prices in a small city like châtellerault."
