What User likes about Phaeton Grill:
great place, really good environment, very good food, generally got some live entertainment (usually quute good...but who cares, it's live and better than some anodyne background music)...The only negative is their terminal (cash machine) is not working 50% of the time and the nearest cash machine charges 5%...anyway possibly my favorite place here read more.

What User doesn't like about Phaeton Grill:
There was no A/C on in the main restaurant, so one is forced to sit on the top open terrase at +37 degrees. Mikhail who served us was a strange type of waiter: seemed he was really doing us a favour by taking our order. It took us 25 min at 20% seats occupancy to get our drinks and 5 more minutes to get all of the ordered drinks. The girl waitress was in opposite very nice. "Visited a couple of times. The dishes are really tasty, good portions. The interior is also beautiful. But! The service is simply terrible, when the hall is less than 50% full, the waiters still bypass the guests and freeze. I called 4 waiters, in 10 minutes none came. I have not seen this before. If it wasn't tasty, but this attitude towards guests greatly spoils the opinion of the establishment, and worsens the mood when visiting."

"Tourists DON'T go there! Really bad service and especially unpleasant for tourists. If you don't speak the local language watch out. We ordered food without cheese due to heavy lactose intolerance. When the plate with loads of cheese arrived they took it back but insisted on charging it. Sorry, but this is a scam."
