unfriendly, no functioning heating, no friendly service! the heating was repaired only after 2 days, even in the room did not work the heating! neither a 2nd deck nor a water cooker for hot tea was offered, therefore my criticism! room: equipment from the 80s, absent and very necessary for repair!
