Four of us had lunch at El Defin, based on previous TripAdvisor reviews. It did not disappoint. We arrived about 3 PM and only 1-2 tables were occupied; we had just the right amount of attention from the staff -- attentive but not hovering. ...coconut shrimp a little mushy. Look, we'll be the first to admit that we usually stick to the coast for really fresh seafood, so this might be just fine for you. Quiet very local Mexican stop after a stroll round the plaza. Pleasant staff.
