"My friend and I have been coming for a meal at least once a month for a while and we always enjoy it the food is consistently good and the service is too a huge bonus in these days of unsmiling servers. Yesterday we had a lovely meal and were tempted by a pancake dessert, but didn't want the salted caramel sauce it specified on the menu. The server offered several alternative sauces, with a smile and very helpful, pleasant attitude, willing to be flexible very unusual to find nowadays. We really enjoyed our pancakes with maple syrup, and will be asking for it next time! Thanks very much, Courtney, and well done Scawsby Mill for encouraging such excellent service, with very reasonable prices."

"Been going relish for years and never had a problem until now. Incorrect drinks served after waiting for 45 minutes to even order. Food was burnt and when we asked to swap the staff rolled their eyes as they walked away. Service was so bad I half expected Ant and Dec to jump out and feature me on Saturday Night Takeaway"

"Visited the restaurant this evening with my partner. We went for the sharer starter which was a mix of hot and cold starters. A bit pricey at £20. All tasty. We then got the set mixed platter for 2. Meat was cooked to perfection and really tasty. Came with rice and salad. This was £38 which again a little pricey. Staff were nice and friendly. There was also a belly dancer, this would have better if it was busier as there was only around 4 tables taken. Would definately return. Only minor bad point is it is a bit pricey for a posh kebab and rice. But main thing is it was delicious!"

"Pre dinner before Take That concert, the place was very busy so booking always advisable before events. Food ordered and delivered in good time, enjoyed the mains, dessert was a let down (Key Lime) tasted artificial and horrible texture so it wasn’t eaten, told the waitress, unfortunately, no alternative offered just “oh, it’s our best seller” so deducted a star for this. Housewine was decent enough so, Overall a pleasant experience."

"Needs a color order! that was in order, nothing wrong with it. (hat sunday carvery) but the decor looked a little tired, the table / bay where we sat, had mucky fingerprints and stains on the wall, on further observation, so the other tables connected to the walls. very out of cleaning, made me feel like I was in an overpriced greasy spoon of caffe!"
