My husband, brother-in-law, and I stayed at King's Chambers for 5 nights in June. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating to my needs as I am on crutches. When we requested to change rooms due to accessibility issues, they offered us a specially designed room with easy access. What Lee doesn't like about Kings Chamber:
I went for a meal today with family and chose the steak and ale pie but the pie was served cold. The staff brought a replacement meal which was hot but I didn't get an apology or offer of any compensation for the poor service. View all feedback.
Absolutely love this place eating is always great, especially the karvery staff are so friendly and friendly they cannot help enough. all these people who leave negative comments were obviously not at the same place as me, or they are only qualified complainers!

We love this hotel and restaurant. So kind staffs, very clean room and bathroom, breakfast is cheap and good~ I can't believe this quality of an accommodation in this price. Thank you very much. Happy Halloween
The best carvery we have ever tasted, meat was so tender and the gravy was like what my mother used to make delicious. Roast potatoes were done to perfection and the best thing was the Yorkshire pudding and stuffing, perfection on a plate. Staff very very friendly and attentive. Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish
