I've eaten at Kobe many times over the years and posted a review a year ago where I said that "I don't think we've ever had a disappointing meal. It's always well presented, fresh, and tasty, however, getting a tiny bit pricey, However, the service isn't always consistent". Having recently dined there again, I still stand by that.
