Fantastic hidden spot for some upscale but not fussy dining.
In our first night in San Sebastián we wanted to try some of the delicious fare we've heard so much about itWe stumbled upon this cute spot on a walk.

"Nothing short of outstanding we could not have kicked off our holidays in a better way! Pulpo, tuna tartare and monkfish for two were excellent and the Patxaran on the house at the end of the meal sealed the deal. Loved it!"

"Eme Be is highly recommended both for the level of its dishes and its room service, it is not worth its Michelin Star. In the Eme Be there is the possibility of eating à la carte or the Tasting Menu, both very good options, in the à la carte option there is also the possibility of half portions, a restaurant that adapts very well to the needs of the clients. It should be noted that behind each dish is the Great Martín Berasategui and behind the meats of Eme Be is the excellent butcher Luismi Garayar Carnicas Luismi . On this visit the menu is very renewed, taking a leap forward, but my favorite dish is still the Txuleta de Vaca Premiun a la Brasa with an excellent special mashed potatoes. Highlight the decoration of the premises old Cider House that with very good taste is the Cider House of the XXI Century. Original Muy recomendable el Eme Be tanto por su nivel de sus platos como de su servicio de sala, no es de entrañar su Estrella Michelin. En el Eme Be hay posibilidad de comer a la carta o de Menú Degustación , las dos muy buenas opciones, en la opción carta también hay posibilidad de medias raciones, un restaurante que se adapta muy bien a las necesidades de los clientes. Destacar que detrás de cada plato está el Gran Martín Berasategui y de tras de las carnes del Eme Be está el excelente carnicero Luismi Garayar Carnicas Luismi . En esta visita la carta está muy renovada, dando un salto hacia adelante pero mi plato preferido sigue siendo la Txuleta de Vaca Premiun a la Brasa con un excelente puré de patatas especial. Destacar la decoración del local antigua Sidrería que con muy buen gusto es la Sidrería del Siglo XXI ."

"This is a lovely restraunt with very friendly and helpful staff . The food is really nice. Perhaps I was expecting too much from my first night in San Sebastien. It just didn't quite blow me away like I thought it might . Scallops cooked beautiufully with the light and airy foam and smooth sauce . Melt in your mouth iberico ham, and prawn dish that again was very nice . Mains of steak , pidgeon and fish were all cooker nicely , and deserts were equally as nice. I'm not going to criticise and i would recommend it , but I'll probably try somewhere else next time I'm here . Thank you to the staff for their lovely friendly service ."
