As often in this type of restaurant, we are well received in a pleasant setting! the djerba offers a correct kitchen, without originality their tajina couscous are acceptable but without mentioning it is much better elsewhere!
Under a welcoming aspect and a typical Tunisian setting, this restaurant unfortunately lacks room and intimidation. couscous is very good (just too salty to my taste) but the meat portions (for the royal couscous) not always just from one plate to another. service on the other hand allows to be desired especially if they are outdated (or lack of staff), the boss does not reassure his clientele and you must wait a good time. Not on weekends, but on weekdays. If you want to recover the remains of your meal, use the right method of the plastic bag that you will take. the traditional end of meal glass is offered. The boss will be smiling even if you laughed a little. But the client is king!
