Everything was perfect until the last service. palate, aperitif, wines, entrance, dish, we aim for excellence, refined and good, it is gastronomic. but the black point and not least because it's the final note. last service, cad the cheese tray or dessert. dessert to pineapple just medium, not to the height of all the rest. then as on the cheese plate served with a vulgary bowl of unsealed salad.
