Love Charley's!!! Their bacon 2 cheese steak sandwich is my fav; minus two of the cheeses. I love mine with banana peppers on it. I ordered through grubhub so I can't really rate them based on customer service. Although in the past when I have actually gone to the mall to order, the staff has always been nice.
