My first time at this particular location the food was pretty good the dark meat could have been cooked a little longer. I really like Bojangles', however, some years ago I got sick because the chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked especially the dark meat. I really don't understand why there are so few of them now, these spiced pommes? Come on! I always get a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and it's missing. My back is a ham biscuit. Am I the only one who enjoys a nice piece of salted ham?
Customer service was great. I was told that the chicken was in the frit and gave a time when the chicken was done. I had no problem waiting. They ensured that my order was hot and delivered all the necessary conditions. Great customer service
Good for feeding a family, and still had chicken available before closing. The Bo Berry Biscuit is one of the best fast food deserts in my opinion. Maybe it's my fault, I got there at 8:34 p.m. on a Thursday night. After I paid $11.33, they told me they we're out of chicken legs. Did I get there too late? How do you run out of fried chicken leg? Anyway, they gave me three fried chicken thighs and she gave me $6 in quarters as my change. The chicken was old, cold, chewy, not good. It was just a thoroughly disappointing visit to Bojangles in DeKalb County georgia. I won't be back. Poor service. Food takes forever. Waits until you go in and ask. Nice fast food . Manager would be smoking infront of the door. Way to go.
