What Felix G likes about Road House Blues:
Couldn’t find that many restaurants to eat in April when the start of summer season. Most restaurants probably just opened up and this is one of them. Very good crowd. I would say the seafood is fine. Although my spaghetti carbonara wasn’t really cooked to what I tasted elsewhere. Overall, decent restaurant in the middle of the beach area. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Road House Blues:
Shocking. Worst meal and service in Sardinia in two weeks. Location is beautiful- this is what attracted us to the space. The menu looks great. But the food is truly awful- dry, no flavour, no seasoning. Service terrible- had we been able to attract your attention, we would have informed you of our disappointment in the experience. "This restaurant was a recommendation by the hotel owner as I asked for a good fish restaurant. I wasn’t disappointed from the quality and freshness of the fish (they have their own fisher boat apparently). However, their service with 3 waiter left much to wish for. They seemed to be uncoordinated and went empty handed many one ways (a no-no in hospitality business). Even getting the menu (which was just a printed card with a QR code) was taking 19 minutes. How about printing more of them or putting them on little wooden cubes like other restaurants have done? Prices were ok for the quality of the fish though."

"In addition to the beautiful place that boasts a marvelous view, the traditional cuisine is also truly spectacular, for it is good, authentic, and for the variety of the food offered and masterfully cooked by Angelo and his collaborators: from bread to antipasti, first courses primi piatti , main courses i secondi ...and last but not least, the dessert, seada, like everything else among the best I 've ever eaten! It is superfluous to go into the details of the ingredients of incomparable taste, which really make the typical Sardinian cuisine excellence; what makes the difference is the honesty of the owner who seems to carefully choose everything he offers with great abundance without skimping on wines and liqueurs, which are also excellent, like everything else. I should add that there were two gluten-intolerant people among us who could enjoy the same menu as the other non-celiacs, because Angelo provided them with the 'gluten-free ' version of the same starters. An added value was the professionalism, friendliness and kindness of the waiter who served us. The Rifugio Gorroppu is really to be recommended to anyone wishing to get to know traditional Sardinian dishes, perhaps after a pleasant excursion among the beauty the area has to offer!"
