"You would think on Father 's Day that the food would at the very least be hot... however, the food is cold, the waiter doesn 't speak english for the purpose of hearing out a question. I am extremely disappointed and will be sure to let everyone that asks know about the horrible experience our party had here. As a business owner myself, I understand completely how important customer service and satisfaction are. We will not be returning. Watching as they time their buffet refills so that they place one serving at a time out and the things that are on the bar are literally cold. I 'm sure there is at least a couple of health code violations for temperature control."

"This one on ross Clark circle I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN ! I will only go to the one by southeast hospital on main street. The head manager of this location is very rude and doesn't know how to properly handle situations. Lack customer service skills. Don't tell a customer something that's not correct. If you don't know then figure out who would know. You never want to inform a customer wrong information. I paid almost $40 worth of food through app. She said there was an issue with payment. I showed her my bank account and where money was taken from my account. Instead of finding out what was going on. She just suggested me to pay again if I want my order. I'm sorry i dont have another $40 in my account to spare. I had a toddler that was fussing because she was wanting her food. I left empty handed. Come to find out... the manager was looking at the wrong order. IT WAS PAID FOR! I mean customer support for the app gave me my refund (took almost a week) and gave me free rewards for meals to make up for it. I'm sorry but I will drive to main St for my food. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. All their staff are always polite and work in a timely manner."

"The food was Excellent and came surprisingly quick! What impressed me the most was the cooperation between all of the wait staff! I was extremely thirsty because I had been working, (and I love the sweet tea here, by the way); but when my waiter was busy, the waiters and waitresses from other tables kept my tea glass full and a waitress from another table even brought my salad out to me while my waiter was taking an order at another table. This kind of teamwork was impressive to me because it is so rare to see this at other restaurants! Ultimately it was a wonderful dining experience! Not only was Sheppards Pie delicious, but the amount of food was very large hearty portions most definitely worth the price! I highly recommend this experience and I will be making this one of my very favorite places to eat in town!"

"Ordered jimmy johns to our hotel and unfortunately someone picked up our order before we got it. I called the load to ask if subs were supplied as specified app. the owner was in charge and replaced the subparts without fee, although they have delivered to the right place. very nice man to do this and very accommodating, although it wasn't her fault. the subs were as great as ever. love this situation and grateful for nice local people like this man who own big companies!"
