Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Dothan

The food was decent. but the woman who took up our order was astronomerically rude and very respectful. in any case, there's never going to be foot in here again.

It's been about a month since I been to DQ. I went through drive through and ordered an original cheese burger. When I got home I opened up the bag and the only item in the bag was a regular French fry. Which I didn't order. I called them back to explain it and the lady said if I come back pull through the drive through and it would be corrected. So I did. Remember, I ordered the original cheese burger. Well, they put an original hamburger in the bag instead. I just decided to never go back to DQ.

Rude lady/workers. Had an attitude with customers multiple times and blizzard was literally milk. So upset.

We’ve been to this Dairy Queen numerous times but it was very disappointing tonight. The burgers tasted terrible no flavor at all. It was like eating cardboard! The grease needed to be changed because the fries and onion rings were awful. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

Went through the drive thru to get a large royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard and a large caramel moolatte. Got home and opened my blizzard to find only half way full with nothing but vanilla ice cream and a few chunks of cheesecake blended and that's it. Absolutely no strawberries and the cup just a tad over half full!! The caramel moolatte tasted very gross like the ice cream or milk was spoiled. Not sure which they put in it but it tasted like spoiled milk. I live across town and tried calling the store to see if I can bring both drinks back for a refund before driving across town. Called the local store 8 times within 1 hour and always got a busy tone. Had no choice but to call the corporate office and complain because I couldn't get through on the local store number. Both drinks went down the drain!!! Not very happy throwing money out the window! Never again!
