Mcdonald's - Dothan

I usually go there to get some ice cream before work, only one dame does it right the other ppl never know when to use hot or cold coffee.

McDonald’s has the best fries and I do enjoy the quarter pounder!

This store is ran like a $h!tshow. We waited about 10 minutes to get our food... no big deal. But I had to go back and wait for our drinks, which they hand out. They don 't give you a cup to make your own drink. They make it for you. There was a crowd of about 8 people waiting for their drinks, all with food in hand. It took me another 10 minutes just to get my drinks. Each person was only allotted 2 packets of ketchup per order. Lady said they can 't give more unless you pay for it. Asking for 2 packets, per order of fries was like pulling teeth. By the time I got back to our table, or fries were cold, and they weren 't salted.The customer service is extremely slow, and careless. The employees were rude, ignored our requests, and just grinned when we asked for something that our order didn 't have in it.Every customer in there said exactly what I said, we won 't be back to this location .Awful... even for a McDonald 's.

If you order through the app get ready to have to go back inside and have them fix your order...They have never got it right here
