I came here for a Sunday brunch. The place was easy to find, located on a leafy street. Ordered the king prawns pasta and Indigo fresh juice based on the waitress’ recommendation, and the food was decent. Atmosphere was okay, there was no special view or anything; but I sat inside and there were still quite a few Indian myna birds flying on and through tables etc. Service was quick. The experience was decent, but I f... View all feedback.
What Maria Gabriel doesn't like about Indigo:
The food and coffee were delicious, and the outdoor seating area had a charming European vibe. The only downside was that we were served water glasses that appeared to be used and not properly cleaned. Located in the heart of Double Bay, this cafe stands out as the best in the area for its exceptional food and excellent service. The avocado salmon tartare was a delightful surprise with its unique execution. Sundays are perfect for free parking and spotting supercars. Overall, this cafe receives top marks for its food, service, and atmosphere.

The average price per person was between A$40 and A$60.

Very popular cafe with the locals, think it’s French inspired, lots of seating outdoors. Dishes were good, had the omelette with chorizo, tomatoes, spinach, bacon and gluten free bread. Butter came in a little plate on the skillet which was an odd choice because it just melted into a pool of oil. Serving sizes are massive so it kinda justifies the price.
It’s okay but i’ve only been once. the area and outdoor seating is very nice and inviting. Prices are normal for the area and staff are great. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
