My first Firehouse Subs experience was a few days ago. I decided to try a sweet and spicy meatball base. It was perfect in every way! It was just the best meatball base I ever had in my life! It even looked like the picture on their website! I was so impressed that I went to lunch today and got a medium-sized beef and Cheddar-Bresket. Very disappointed about today's visit. Customer service left much to wish. We ordered a middle club, but we got a kid, it didn't have a bacon. The other medium Sub ordered was also a small one. The chili beaker we ordered wasn't even warm. View all feedback.
