The staff here definitely brings the 4th star to the equation. Everyone I met was very kind. They were all eager to help. They seemed to be all busy and showed it. The place was cleaner than you would expect for a fast food place. The food is still fast food absolutely nothing special with an exception... The staff will make you everything if you have good allergies or other food requirements. I watched her like to accommodate 2 vegetarian customers without any problems at all.

I waited 24 minutes in the drive through for a $2 beef nacho crunch burrito. There was only one pickup ahead of me, when I pulled in. Not sure how long they had been waiting before me, but it was almost 15 minutes after I pulled in behind them before they got their small bag of food. The tortilla chips in the burrito were stale, and it barely warm. I know better than to expect much from any fast food establishment, especially for a $2 burrito, but hot and somewhat fresh would be a nice feature. Also, they never have anything in the salsa bar when you go inside. Consistently poor service here. The heavy set guy with the beard is always sloppily dressed, and acts as though you are inconveniencing him buy placing an order for food. For the amount of time I spent here, I should have gone to La Costa Mexican restaurant across the street and received a hot fresh meal, and in the future I will.
