"Worst place that I have ever been in. The last two times I was in I was ignored as other customers came through the door behind and where served first. But to be honest food isn't even that good and its way over prices, YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF ELSE WHERE. I will never be back and will never suggest to anyone yo buy anything here. "Had enjoyed this hotel previously, however after our latest experience we will not be back. The shower in our room was scalding hot and temperature could not be lowered as no maintenance staff on site. Had to ask three times for this to be checked. We were moved to another room which was roasting hot and also dirty, please see attached pictures. At dinner we had to wait over thirty minutes to get our drinks and wasn't even that busy. Had finished my lukewarm starter before our drinks arrived. At breakfast poached eggs were hard. Raised this all with reception and all they offered was possibilities of a free cocktail next time we stayed. Suffice to say we won't be back."

"Arrived at 11.30 for lunch and to beat the rush and we did…. Just. within a few minutes there were no tables left. Macaroni was way overcooked and mushy, The peas however were vile. Dark green and slimy. Totally inedible. You need to guess what the cakes are as the very grumpy server was not willing to elaborate. When I asked what they were ‘buttercream’ was her very snappy response. They really should be labelled. To be fair though apart from our server everyone else was super friendly and the restaurant was spotless."
