Portofino is the Isle of Man's most prestigious Mediterranean and International restaurant, located at Quay West in the capital city of Douglas. The restaurant offers spectacular views of the marina and street activity, with floor to ceiling windows allowing guests to enjoy the scenery. Diners can watch as the grill, fish, poultry, meat, and vegetables are prepared in the open kitchen. During the summer, guests can also dine outside at tables overlooking the marina. The interior of Portofino, designed by Sicilian owner Mario Ciapelli, features high-back leather chairs, a modern cocktail bar, and contemporary lighting, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurant offers a private dining room called the Xander Suite, which can accommodate up to 30 guests.
