eating was so nice, we will definitely go back
we were greeted joyfully and did not have to wait for service
it was Sunday. we found Sunday on the roast menu of specials and from fish to bark. let go of roast
landscape location at sea, beautiful fresh fish dishes

"We had the weekly 3 course set menu and it was an absolutely mind blowing dining experience. I have been telling all my foodie friends and then some. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is impeccable. What a treat! "We live locally and have been quite a few times. Obviously food is the main thing and it's fantastic. Really interesting too. But I think the point to note is it's such a different experience from a standard restaurant. Like having a chef's taster menu, lots of small courses and you choose to go on a night where the menu is up your street. Really though, the fun is having dishes cooked and brought to you that you might not have chosen. It's so interesting trying new combinations . You feel exceptionally well looked after throughout. A bit like going to a really good chef's house for a dinner party I suppose. Very reasonable for what it is and the hard work that's gone in to every menu. Do yourself a favour, get a list of menus, choose a night that suits you, and have a wonderful treat of an evening."
